Robert Gott, Owner, has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years.
He personally has overseen millions of square feet of flooring installation and sales.
Colleen Gott, Owner, keeps this operation running behind the scenes.
She has over 40 years in management, including retail sales and banking.
Lisa Tatsch, Lead Designer, has been helping Robert since she was a child on the job site.
She now holds a diploma in Interior Design and works closely with our builders
to helpour customerss.

Donna Morgovan has lived in our community for over 30 years. She worked as a teacher at Marble Falls ISD
and is familiar with most of our builders and their families.
Joseph St. Martin lives in Round Mountain, he manages our warehouse and helps the installation crews on
a daily basis.
We operate daily with seven installation crews. Each crew is well-trained in their areas of expertise and
are constantly learning new techniques to improve their skills. All of our installers have
excellent communication skills, and are willing to adapt to please our customers!
