Robert Gott, the owner, has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years. He has overseen millions of square feet of flooring installation and sales. Colleen Gott, the owner, keeps this operation running behind the scenes. She has over 40 years of experience in management, including retail sales and banking. Lisa Tatsch, Lead Designer, has been helping Robert since she was a child on the job site. She now holds a diploma in Interior Design, and works closely with our builders to help our customers.
Joseph St. Martin lives in Round Mountain. He manages our warehouse and helps the installation crews daily. We operate daily with seven installation crews. Each crew is well-trained in their expertise and constantly learns new techniques to improve their skills. All of our installers have excellent communication skills and are willing to adapt to please our customers! They have been personally vetted by us and have outstanding reputations.
